How long did the reporter or his editor take to proofread this brilliant piece of redundancy from Yahoo! News‘ “The Sideshow”?
I’d guess it was less than a nanosecond. Much less.
OK, if no one at Yahoo! News was going to proofread this article, couldn’t someone at least run a little spell-checker? Even a bad spell-checker would catch the misspelled anything, but not the wrong verb:
The past tense of the verb plead is pleaded or pled.

LOL! Yahoo! News’ standards are so low, I think their “reporters” will have jobs there for a long time.
