This is something not a proud thing to see in the internet. Perhaps they are uneducated on the title of England’s royals? Or perhaps they think that Elizabeth and Kate are the only queen and duchess in the world?

It’s a common mistake that the Yahoo! writers and editors make. They also capitalize other titles, like president and speaker, when they don’t precede the name of the officeholder. It’s just laziness, ignorance, and an indifference to quality writing.
