This is what happens when you allow people who are unfamiliar with the English language write for the Yahoo! front page:
Bath salts is already plural; it is a plural noun. You can’t make it more plural, even if you add an apostrophe and an S. It really just makes you look really ignorant of grammar and English. Really.
