Seriously, does the writer for Yahoo! Shine really think this is correct or is this tongue-in-cheek?
I think she’s serious. The expression is “tongue-in-cheek” and it means “not to be taken seriously.”

Haven’t they ever heard someone say, “tongue firmly planted in cheek”? That would imply the expression is “tongue in cheek.”
